This is my ideal weight lose exercise schedule. I know if I gave it my all I would loose this weight by August. Here I am holding myself accountable.
Today didn’t start off too well.
I drink redbull because every other caffeinated drink it too high in fat.
I stopped eating Chocolate because it gives me hives.
Now I need to give up on junk food and stick with veggies and fruits.
