I was 164 at 9 months pregnant. I am now 140 (3 pounds less than my pre-pregnancy weight) just 3 months later.
I have cut back on sweets and chips (all sorts of snacks), and for the past 3 weeks have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 minute shred. And for the past 2 months have been going to Zumba one-two days a week. Running is the easiest way for me to loose weight, but I injured my shins and have not been able to. However, doing Jillian has made my legs and butt more firm rather than just smaller because I was burning calories. It’s nice to be in shape. I still have 10 lbs to loose and love handles to get rid of, but all else is pretty good. Im happy.
I have been focused on God and positive aspects of life, rather than just focusing on being skinny. I dont want to be “skinny” I want to be healthy.
